Bedrock Bash Surpasses Its Fundraising Goal!
Thanks to everyone who supported our annual spring event, Bedrock Bash, which was held on Thursday, February 15, 2007, at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.  The event honored three of our longtime supporters who were key to the early success of Chinquapin and who have remained substantial partners in our continued growth: Teri Lee, Mike Stude, and Harry Zuber. Their vision, dedication, and support have made it possible for Chinquapin to inspire, educate, and enable students to attend college who might not otherwise have this opportunity.  The dinner gala, successfully chaired by Ethel & Chap Hutcheson and Jen & Dan Pickering and attended by 400 guests, surpassed its fundraising goal, netting over $315,000 for Chinquapin's operating fund.
